Gold is the main currency in The Pyre. A player’s gold stash can be seen on the sidebar, with total gathered Gold being viewable at the NPC Bazinga.
Gold can be spent at the Item Vendor for single life items, traded to other players, or used at the Mythic Anvil to enchant. Gold is permanent, and is not reset when a player prestiges.
Players can trade 50,000 Gold per day by default, which can be increased up to 600,000 Gold with the Tiered Achievement Participant.
With no modifiers, players earn 10 Gold from kills. Getting a final hit on a kill grants full rewards, even if minimal damage was dealt. Assists reward a low percentage of the kill rewards, depending on damage dealt at a 3:1 ratio.
Example: Getting an assist for 60% of a player’s health will grant 20% of a normal kill reward.
