Toxic Zone

Toxic Zone is a Minor Event that lasts 5 minutes. A random outer quadrant of the map becomes toxic, and any player in that quadrant will be afflicted by Poison I. However, all Gold and XP kill rewards are increased by 100%. This only affects the base kill rewards. All external buffs still function normally.
Every 90s (1.5min), the Poison level is increased by 1, and kill rewards are increased by an additional 100%.
