Pebble Rain is a Minor Event that lasts 5 minutes. A random area is chosen, and all players within the area have Gold Ingots rain down upon them.
Gold Ingots spawned from this Minor Event act identical to all other Gold Ingots, allowing them to be used with any Pebble Enchants or Perks.
