Elvish Blessing is a Minor Event that lasts 5 minutes. A random quadrant is chosen, and for all players within that quadrant, bows can be drawn instantly, bows deal +50% Damage, and bow kills grant 2x rewards. This only affects the base kill rewards. All external buffs still function normally.
The instant draw effect works identical to the enchant Instacharge and Flintlock.
