Parties are a feature soon to be added to The Pyre. The goal with Parties is to incentivize further group gameplay for players.
Parties will be able to:
Privately communicate in chat
Switch Lobbies together
Duel other Parties
Possible Party Features:
Party Enchants - Some have already been coded, however balancing these enchants has proved difficult, so they have been temporarily disabled until further testing.

This means the user personally earns less gold and xp and the gold is spread out evenly. Clanmates are notified each time the player gets a kill |

Trivia:
Originally, Clans were going to be the only group system for players, with Clan Wars and Clan Duels being the primary way for group fights. However, a party system proved to be more versatile for gameplay, allowing players to set up group practice fights more easily.
