Bounties

From PyreWiki
This is the approved revision of this page, as well as being the most recent.

When a player gets a killstreak, they have a chance to get a bounty, a gold value that will increase randomly upon killing enemies. When a player with a bounty dies, the killer receives all gold from the bounty.

When a player has a bounty, they can see it on the side bar. Additionally, other players can see the bounty surrounding the player.

When a player has any bounty, they are unable to return to spawn with /spawn. If the player has the Renown Upgrade Escape Artist, they are able to /spawn until a 20,000+ bounty.

Bountied Player Utility:

  • Items:

Bounty Banker - Allows players to remove and claim their own bounty

  • Enchants:

Coward - Prevents a bounty bump on cooldown

Dead Ringer - Fakes death, while removing the player’s bounty

Long Live the King - Reduces damage depending on bounty

Uno Reverse - Awards a % of the player’s bounty on death

  • Renown Upgrades:

Bounty Bumper - When receiving a bounty bump, adds a 25% chance to also add a bounty bump to a nearby player

Bounty Bonus - The player receives 10% of their bounty upon death

Bounty Hunter Utility:

  • Perks:

Field Agent - Allows the compass to track bountied players, and grants additional damage

  • Enchants:

Just Business - Deals additional damage to bountied players

Long Die the King - Damage reduction against bountied players

Blind Assassin - Hits blind bountied players while buffing the user

The higher a player’s killstreak, the more likely they are to receive a bounty. Bounties only increase in multiples of 10, and the maximum bounty is 50,000 Gold
