Bounty Bonanza

Bounty Bonanza is a Minor Event that lasts 5 minutes. When the event starts, a random area is chosen, and every 30s, any players within that area receive a random 250-500g Bounty bump.
Players who have the maximum 50,000g Bounty will not have their bounties increased from this Minor Event.
The enchant Coward can be used to prevent bounty bumps from this Minor Event.
