Scrambled is a Minor Event that lasts 5 minutes. A random outer quadrant is chosen, and within that quadrant, all kill rewards are randomized by 0.1-5x. This only affects the base kill rewards. All external buffs still function normally.
When combined with enchants, the Scrambled Minor Event is the only way to get a 5x base kill reward.
