The Scrapper is an NPC found in spawn. Talking to the Scrapper opens up a menu that allows players to insert Mythic Scrap in exchange for Blank Mythics.
The Scrapper requires 10 Mythic Scrap per Blank Mythic. This can be reduced by 4 with the Tiered Renown Upgrade Scrappier Scraps.
The Renown Upgrade Efficient Scrapping can be purchased, unlocking the ability to directly scrap Mythics at the Scrapper in exchange for Mythic Scrap. Rare Mythics grant +10 Mythic Scrap when scrapped through the Scrapper.
