The Soul Stone is a feature soon to be added to The Pyre, as a potential reward from completing Grimbo’s Challenge.

The soul stone has no lives and is not lost on death. If a player right clicks the soul stone, they can choose a statistic to boost. For the boost to activate, the soul stone must be charged with kills while the item is in the player’s hotbar. Every 500 kills grants the Soul Stone 1 Charge. If a player dies while the Soul Stone is in their inventory (not just hotbar), they will lose a charge. Mythic Saving effects apply to the Soul Stone.

The Soul Stone cannot be traded, and any additional soul stones earned from Grimbo’s challenge are automatically added to the player’s soul stone. Soul Stone Levels increase the maximum charge limit for the current boost, with every 5 levels unlocking a new statistic that the Soul Stone can boost. When a statistic is unlocked for the first time, it is permanently unlocked, so even if the Soul Stone is less than level 5, it can still equip the unlocked statistics.

Level
0 Default Properties Charge up the item with kills, those charges increase statistic %s.

To switch the statistic your charges go into, you have to sacrifice a soul stone level. Charges are kept when you switch, but statistics will have a different amount of “Max Charges” which is how many charges can actually go into effect, any extras serve no purpose.

500 Kills = 1 Charge

On Level 0, deaths will reset any charge progress and will remove 1 charge

1 Unlock Statistic Name: Soul Stone Drop Boost

Effect: Every Charge Increases adds another 1% that a soul stone will drop from Grimbo’s Challenge

Max Charges: 10

How % works with this specific boost, is every % will literally add that % to the Grimbo’s Challenge % table. On default, the Grimbo’s Challenge drop table sets the Soul Stone to 20%, so if it gets increased by 1% to 21%, it will take that 1% from the other 4 drop options.
